Each tablet contains 200 mg of caffeine—about the same as a cup of coffee—but without the sugar, calories, herbs, or unnecessary additives. Vivarin Smooth Energy® offers a clean, convenient, and effective way to support mental focus and fight fatigue throughout your day.
Directions
Take 1 tablet not more often than every 4 hours. Do not exceed 400mg in a 24 hour period.
